Commercial liability insurance. Prep in a certified commercial kitchen. The Certificate of Insurance your venue's planner will ask for — we send it without being asked. We arrive prepped, ready, and out of your sightline.

The Pizza Station team Since May 2025
Every event we'd been to served the same three things: a buffet, a plated dinner, or trays of cold appetizers. Forgettable food, often at the cost of a small car.
So in May 2025 we launched The Pizza Station around one idea: the food should be the moment. A station that lands in any venue, runs on its own power, and turns the corner of the room into where everyone wants to be. 300+ events later — across weddings, corporate launches, and milestones in the GTA — it's still that idea.

Yes — we cater across the Greater Toronto Area: Toronto, Mississauga, Vaughan, Brampton, Markham, Richmond Hill, Oakville, Burlington, and beyond. If you're outside that ring, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
Vegetarian options are on every package, and we can adapt for vegan and gluten-aware guests with advance notice. Important: our station handles wheat, dairy, eggs, and other common allergens — we can adapt but we can't guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should let us know in advance.
The full menu can be prepared halal on request. Our meat suppliers are halal-certified, and we handle halal events with separate prep. We don't claim a halal-certified facility — if that's a requirement, flag it on the quote form and we'll walk through our process so you can decide what works.

No problem. We charge $16 per additional guest above your selected tier. The quote tool calculates it automatically — for example, 35 guests on the Classic Crust tier = the 25-guest base + 10 additional guests.
When pizza isn't the main course, we recommend planning for ~60% of your total guest count — that's typically how much gets eaten. The quote tool factors this in automatically when you select appetizer / late-night.
Larger events get a custom build — the setup scales a little differently, usually a second station, more servers, and a longer service window. Run your numbers in the calculator either way: we'll route you to a custom-quote path and come back within 4 business hours. The more details you share upfront (date, venue, dietary notes, service style), the less back-and-forth we'll need to land the right quote.
Roughly a 10' × 10' footprint for the station. We typically arrive 45–60 minutes before service and need about 30–45 minutes to set up once we're in place. Self-powered for most setups — indoor or outdoor. For unusually long service windows or specific venue constraints, we'll confirm the cleanest power plan with you in advance.
To lock your date, we send a booking agreement with the full package details, cancellation terms, and deposit amount. Once the agreement is accepted and the 30% deposit is received, your date is secured. The balance is due closer to your event.
We work with you. For force majeure cases (venue closure, severe weather, government restrictions), we'll either reschedule to a future date at no penalty or work out a fair resolution — defined in your booking contract before deposit.
You get a confirmation email immediately with your tailored quote. Within 4 business hours, a team member follows up to confirm menu, timing, and any venue specifics. When you're ready to lock the date, a 30% deposit holds it — we send the agreement, confirm final menu selections, and handle insurance docs for your venue if needed.
For most setups, no. Our station is self-powered and we bring everything we need. For unusually long service windows, very large guest counts, or specific venue restrictions, we may discuss the cleanest setup plan with you in advance — but you'll never be surprised on event day.
For Saturdays between June and September, we recommend booking 8–12 weeks ahead — those dates fill quickly. Weekday and off-peak dates often have shorter lead times. Check availability with the quote tool.
Yes — we carry full commercial liability insurance and our prep is done in a certified commercial kitchen. Documentation available on request for venues that need it.
