When you request a custom quote, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (optional), event date, event type, guest count, and any notes you share. We use this only to prepare your quote and follow up about your event.

How we use it

  • Send you the quote you requested.
  • Follow up on your event date and confirm availability.
  • Send occasional updates relevant to your booking.
  • Improve our service (in anonymized/aggregate form only).

What we don't do

  • We never sell or rent your information.
  • We never share your contact details with third parties for marketing.
  • We don't use behavioural tracking cookies on this website.

Your rights
