These terms govern your use of this website and the services we provide. By using this site or booking an event with us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes & bookings

Quotes generated via this website reflect launch pricing valid through the date displayed on your quote. A 30% deposit is required to lock your date — the deposit is non-refundable except as outlined in your booking confirmation. The balance is due in accordance with your event contract.

Service contract

Each booking is governed by a separate service contract sent to you upon deposit. That contract — not this website — is the definitive agreement covering scope, cancellation, force majeure, indemnity, and dispute resolution. Ontario law governs.

Insurance & safety

We carry full commercial liability insurance and prepare all food in a certified commercial kitchen. Insurance documentation is available on request for venues that require it.

Allergens

Although we accommodate dietary needs where possible (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-aware), our facility handles wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and other common allergens. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Guests with severe allergies should advise us in advance and exercise their own judgment.

Content on this site (text, design, photos, code) is the property of The Pizza Station and may not be reproduced without permission. The quote calculator is for informational purposes — final pricing is confirmed in your booking contract.
